Began insurance career in 1980. Active property and casualty insurance agent since 1985, specializing in commercial lines insurance. Founding partner of McMahon & Hadder Insurance and currently active producer in addition to overseeing the marketing and underwriting operations for the agency. Currently serving on the Florida appeals board for the National Council on Compensation Insurance.
